This role offers the chance to shape the future of the AR function, guiding it through a period of transformation while improving business performance. You'll work closely with senior leadership to address inefficiencies, implement new systems, and lead a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process for the business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all aspects.Oversee the invoicing process to large corporate clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.Manage collections efforts, including developing strategies for addressing overdue accounts and maintaining strong cash flow.Ensure that accounts are reconciled accurately and in a timely manner, with clear follow-up processes for outstanding balances.Take full ownership of order processes, ensuring follow-up actions are completed promptly and correctly.Provide detailed reports on AR performance, including cash flow forecasts, outstanding issues, and collections targets.Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external AR-related queries.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for business units across the organisation.Identify inefficiencies within the AR function and drive initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and implement system upgrades.Play an integral role in supporting the broader finance transformation efforts, driving change in both people and technology.Candidate ProfileAs an ideal candidate for this role, you will have 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable management, with a proven track record of team leadership, extensive end-to-end AR management experience from a medium to large-sized business, and a background in managing diverse and multi-system environments.
