Help Shape Futures at C&K
As one of our highly valued Early Childhood Coordinators, you will work closely with families experiencing vulnerability or disadvantages. Using your knowledge of Early Childhood Education and development, you will engage and build trust with families, community services, and government agencies. You will demonstrate problem-solving and advocacy skills to address barriers to service access and have experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
This position is based in Gladstone, but you will be required to travel to different C&K centres and work flexibly.
This role is Fixed Term until 30th of June 2026.

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, social work, community development, or a related field. First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card. A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
