The company seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to property and apartment projects, driving strong brand positioning and market penetration.
* Lead branding initiatives, ensuring consistent representation of the company's identity across all marketing materials and campaigns.
* Project-Specific Campaign Management: Design and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for residential, mixed-use, and commercial apartment developments, focusing on lead generation, buyer engagement, and sales enablement.
* Oversee the production of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, digital content, and display suite materials.
* Digital and Online Presence: Optimise the company's online presence through website management, SEO, paid media campaigns, and social media platforms to attract potential buyers and investors.
* Analyse data from digital marketing channels to refine campaigns and maximise ROI.
* Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, buyer behaviours, and opportunities within the property sector.
* Use insights to guide marketing strategies and ensure alignment with market demand.
* Stakeholder and Agency Collaboration: Work closely with development, sales, and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with project milestones and business objectives.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and creative partners to deliver premium marketing content.
* Sales and Marketing Integration: Partner with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets, ensuring seamless handover of qualified leads and supporting project launches.
* Create and manage strategies for display suites, project launches, and community events to engage potential buyers.
* Budget and Performance Management: Develop and oversee marketing budgets for each property project, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Community Engagement and PR: Coordinate public relations activities to promote projects, including media releases, community relations, and crisis management.
* Foster relationships with local communities to enhance project acceptance and brand reputation.
