Our client is a well established hotel chain and is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their Hotel in a great KI location. You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the restaurant in the delivery of high-quality service, food and wines to customers. Your role will include;To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes:Menu planning with the head chefPlanning and organizing functions and events (with the event centre)Customer service including reservation managementPurchasing, managing budget and stock controlSupervision and management of staffEnsuring Workplace, Health and Safety and regulatory compliance at all timesProvide staff training About YouAQF Diploma in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, or a minimum of 3 years in a similar roleSuperior work ethicAbility to work under pressureBe a team playerEnthusiastic "can do" approachA friendly and approachable personality Is a mustIn return, we off er a full time position with an attractive basic salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000 per annum + superannuation which depends on your skills and experience.
