Working as part of the Cash and Transaction Banking Change Team, your role will be critical in supporting and managing end to end change delivery initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Assess the environment and define change requirements using the change artifacts, (approaches and change releases plans) to inform the size and complexity of the changes.Lead the design and execution of change interventions as identified in the Release plan to support the business and stakeholders prepared for the change within time and scope.As required, plan and facilitate workshops to achieve a desired outcome, using techniques that are fit for purpose for the audience and nature of the workshop.Ensure change related risk is within desired levels and that risks are managed according to agreed risk frameworks by managing and leading the identification of risks.Regular status reporting as it relates to the change program/initiative including progress, risks and resourcing.What do I need? Extensive practical experience in the role and is working independently in complex situations and tasks.Good knowledge and application of industry frameworks (Agile) and professional standards.Prior experience working within the finance sector.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts.Demonstrated knowledge of risk management and assurance concepts.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Flexibility and resilience in responding to changing priorities.How do I apply?
