fill multiple EL2 Director roles within the Enterprise Architecture and Governance Branch.The Enterprise Architecture and Governance Branch provides enabling services for the entire Chief Information Officer (CIO) Division including Financial and Business Management, Technical Delivery, Governance Risk and Assurance and Enterprise Architecture functions and supports ICT service delivery for Agency add valueEL2 Enterprise ArchitectThe EL2 Enterprise Architect is responsible for delivering a high quality, fit for purpose enterprise architecture that aligns with the Agency corporate plan and agency priorities.You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of tasks, including, but not limited to:Ensuring compliance with Enterprise Architecture reference models, principles, policies, standards and the strategic direction.Engaging with the business, understanding the tactical and strategic objectives and requirements.Providing technical oversight and facilitating complex issues resolution arising during project planning, discovery and delivery.Delivering coherent technical business solutions across the domain.Representing the solutions being developed through all relevant governance processes, including the Architecture Review Board (ARB).Assisting in the development and implementation of a division wide ARB approval framework and division wide methodology for all architecture compliance and approvals.Leading, coaching and managing staff, including performance, attendance, health and wellbeing, capability building and succession planning.EL2 Chief ArchitectThe EL2 Chief Architect is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and vendors, ensuring the Enterprise Architecture function is aligned with Agency objectives and influencing the future direction of the Agency's ICT investment path.You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of tasks, including, but not limited to:Working with the Enterprise Architects, developing and maintaining relevant roadmaps, reference models, principles, standards and other related Enterprise Architecture artefacts that assist with the future direction for the technology execution within and across the Agency.Advising and assisting with prioritising and sequencing investment opportunities, maximising the return on investment and benefits for the organisation, ensuring that the available ICT resources are optimally utilised, and the future demand is predicted with the best foresight available.Providing internal advisory services on ICT matters, for investment recommendations, business cases, and contributing towards briefs, risk assessments, committee papers and reports.Conducting presentations of Enterprise Architecture reference models, methodologies, principles, policies, standards and roadmaps for diverse stakeholder groups and supporting architects across the Agency towards operating under standard artefacts.Representing the Agency's intent and interests at various relevant cross government technical forums, on behalf of the CIO or equivalent Agency Head of Technology as requested.Leading, coaching and managing staff, including performance, attendance, health and wellbeing, capability building and succession planning.Enough about us, let's
