We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Residential team as a Full-Time Rostering Clerk.
Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining staff rosters for our Aged Care facility. This is a Full-Time role that requires flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and dynamic team, committed to delivering high-quality aged care services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain staff rosters in accordance with facility requirements.
2. Manage staff availability and leave requests to ensure adequate staffing levels.
3. Communicate with staff regarding their rosters and any changes that may occur.
4. Monitor and report on staffing levels to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
About you
The successful applicant must have great attention for detail and be able to adapt to specific software for rostering purposes. Previous experience in rostering will be highly regarded.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficient in computerised systems (spreadsheets, word processing, scheduling programs).
* Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organisational and negotiation skills.

* Previous experience in rostering or scheduling is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in an Aged Care setting is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated knowledge of applicable awards and interpretations, as well as a thorough understanding of rostering protocols in accordance with award entitlements.
