Duties and Responsibilities Good knowledge about cooking equipment (combi oven, bratt pan and jacketed cooking kettle etc.) Ensure good care and cleaning of all equipment after use Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients Cook food in a timely manner Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients Can demonstrate: 2-3 years of experience in bulk and commercial cooking Ability to multi-task and have great time management skills Following hygiene and safety procedures Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Attention to detail Able to lift 10kg to 15kg on a regular basis Flexibility working in a shift including Sundays Good communication skills Remain calm under pressure Apply now
