We are currently seeking experienced support workers to join our dedicated team in Rothwell and surrounding suburbs to provide personal centred care to our participants.

We currently have a position open at Caboolture to support one of our participants when they are in the community.
We are looking for support workers who are reliable, warm, respectful and dedicated.
We are looking for passionate support workers who can build a strong relationship with our participants.
In this role you will be assisting an individual with ABI and an intellectual disability, out in the community assisting them with their daily living tasks, during the hours of 12pm – 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday.
Other responsibilities may include – Provide individual support and direct care to the participant Supporting the participant in the community Assisting them to make healthier meals choices and supporting a healthy lifestyle Providing accurate and detailed incident reports, shift notes and shift handovers Maintaining client records Qualifications and Skills Prior experience supporting clients with ABI and intellectual disability Must have a valid drivers licence.
