Job Summary
The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and report against a written business development plan. This involves building and maintaining relationships with referring parties, identifying opportunities at industry-related events, and promoting our offerings and values in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a business development plan to drive growth and revenue.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with project management companies, main contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Attend industry events to identify new business opportunities and build brand awareness.
* Promote our company's message and values through consistent communication with the target audience.
* Regularly report on progress and achievements to directors, using quantitative measures to demonstrate success.
* Maintain accurate and high-quality data in our CRM system.
* Meet monthly targets for qualified leads and conversion value of leads into business.
* Collaborate with sales, production, and administration teams to achieve customer satisfaction and long-term business goals.
Requirements:
* Clear English communication skills.
* 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
* Proven ability to sell technology solutions to financial clients (desirable).
* Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, including formal and informal presentations, listening ability, and issue escalation.
* Able to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
