The service's focus is on the provision of goal-directed, community-based rehabilitation for clients following injury or hospitalisation. The multidisciplinary team comprises physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, a neuropsychologist, allied health assistants, rehabilitation medicine doctors, community health nurses, pharmacists, and social workers.The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our Community Rehabilitation team. As a Speech Pathologist within the Community Rehabilitation Program, you will provide excellent client-centered rehabilitation services to clients both in their homes and at our rehabilitation center. The clinical caseload is varied, creating a fantastic opportunity to further develop expertise in working with a broad range of clinical diagnoses.
