Role Description
Advice and support: providing contextual security advice to projects and stakeholders to ensure effective security controls are implemented as per Australian Government requirements. Reviewing and assessing proposed and actual changes to system baselines. Pre-certification: developing and managing system security documentation. Governance and management: reviewing and assessing system changes to approved baselines, developing and maintaining processes and policy. Deliverables:
The contractors engaged under this RFQTS will be employed on a time and materials basis. The following deliverables are envisaged during the term of this engagement: Conduct Pre-Certification activities, inclusive of producing technical and system-level security documentation. Activities to be undertaken IAW Defence ICT Certification and Accreditation Framework, and relevant Government policy including the Information Security Manual (ISM). Engage with AHQ, CJC, CASG, CIOG and internal LNIC staff to develop project or capability-specific security accreditation documentation including the preparation for submission to CIOG for endorsement and approval by CIOG. Develop, support and maintain CT-A frameworks, processes and engagement with key stakeholders. Attend workshops and actively participate to provide robust ICT security advice within information security and technical accreditation discussions. Report to, and undertake additional tasking from the SO2 Advice, SO1 Integration, SO1 Joint and Coalition or SO1 Engineering and support/Deputy Director Land Network Integration-Army.
