Job Responsibilities:
Ability to understand requirements and technical reference documents and be able to review and escalate any issues/gaps during the initial stage of the project Ability to write manual test cases for applications Execute various types of tests Ability to report test results to the leads and defect reporting Responsible for conducting defect triages Ability to understand, troubleshoot and differentiate defects, data issues and requirement gaps Responsible for on-time delivery and timely escalations/updates of risks, issues, status and exemptions to leadership Effective communication with the team, leadership, internal and external customers covering all aspects of team needs Awareness of different software development and QA methodologies Stay up to date with the latest automation tools, technologies and trends Experience in testing Experian / Power Curve Collections solutions Familiarity with various development methodologies, especially Agile Good analytical skills, troubleshooting and resolution skills Ability to self-learn and grasp knowledge quickly Experience in banking/fintech applications testing Experience in Automation will be a plus point Required Experience & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the technology industry, along with relevant tertiary qualifications 1 year of experience in Experian/PCC testing will be an added advantage Job Category Technology
