This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to our client's core values: responsibility, dedication, esteem, endurance, cooperation, and superiority as foundational principles guiding behaviour and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesThe position entails crafting and executing annual operational plans and financial forecasts in line with overarching strategic objectives while partnering with senior leadership to define and promote the organization's mission and ethical standards. Responsibilities include safeguarding the organization's long-term stability and fostering leadership development. The role also involves cultivating a workplace culture that embodies the organization's values and encourages optimal performance, managing compliance with approved guidelines, and regularly reviewing the performance of both the organization and its personnel.
