$200k - $230k p.a. + 11.5% Super + Bonus
Our client is seeking a passionate Human Resources Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in providing ER/IR guidance to Senior Management and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing performance review, recruitment, and remuneration related strategies, fostering departmental inclusion, and providing mentoring and coaching as required.

* What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Manager, your role will be critical to the ongoing success of the organisation. You will be responsible for providing ER/IR guidance to Senior Management on the human resource activities of the operation. Your expertise will be crucial in keeping abreast with employee entitlements developments and conducting entitlement comparison. You will also lead manpower planning, salary review, performance review, award design and administration. Your ability to handle employee relations matters effectively will be key to this role.
* Provide up-to-date and accurate general Human Resources advice, assistance, and support.
* Offer strategic advisory and administrative support on reward and benefit systems, budgeting, performance assessment, benefit design, and optimisation.
* Keep abreast with employee entitlements developments and conduct entitlement comparison, conversion, design, administration, and compliance issues.
* Develop and implement performance review, recruitment, and remuneration related strategies.
* Lead manpower planning, salary review, performance review, award design, and administration.
* Handle employee relations matters such as union entries, termination, redundancy, employee changes management and related consultations.
* What you bring:
As a Human Resources Manager, you bring extensive professional experience in a broad range of Human Resources and ER matters. Your thorough knowledge of relevant Western Australia's DMP regulations, Mines Safety Act & Regulations will be essential in this role. You have excellent communication skills which you utilise effectively when liaising with stakeholders. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is highly commendable.
* Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
* Extensive professional experience in a broad range of Human Resources and ER matters.
* Thorough knowledge of relevant Western Australia's DMP regulations, Mines Safety Act & Regulations.
* Highly competent with demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office suite.
* Fluent conversational mandarin is highly desirable.
* Kalgoorlie residential or FIFO on a 5/2 4/3 roster.
