This exciting Administration Management vacancy is available working with a highly successful team inside the corporate office of a large shopping centre in Canberra ACT.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lease set up, renewals, vacates, expiry's and options
* Communicate with lease administration department
* Manage lease expiry's and generate communication to tenants/retailers
* Process electricity, water and gas advice and generate recharges to tenants
* Generate rent roll
* Process daily receipting
* Maintaining centre database
* Coordinating budgets and forecasting
* Managing tenant insurances and bank guarantees
* Process daily receipting
* Prepare end of month profit & loss account for including adding comments to variances
* Centre projects - relevant to the role

Ideal Candidate:
* Min 2-3 years' experience in an Administration Management/Finance Administration role
* Retail Property experience highly regarded.
* Accounting qualification advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Excellent presentation & communication
