The role:
The Agencies ICT Transition (AICTT) program has been established to deliver unique ICT business integration projects within eHealth Queensland (eHQ).
Current program of work:
* Transitioning of Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) ICT services away from Queensland Police Service (QPS) into eHQ.
* Transitioning of Forensic Science Queensland (FSQ) ICT services away from eHQ into the Department of Justice (DOJ).
This Program of Work will require engagement across multiple agencies namely eHealth Queensland, Queensland Police Service, Queensland Ambulance Service, Forensic Science Queensland and Department of Justice.
You will be working with end-users, multi-disciplinary teams and vendors to provide high-quality architectural solutions which support business continuity.

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate:
* Proven expertise leading the development of solution architectures for complex systems, ensuring consistency with and traceability across specified requirements within enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.
* Ability to evaluate and undertake impact analysis on major architectural options and assess associated risks and issues, ensuring that the solution architecture balances function, service quality and system management requirements.
* Proven expertise in the use of project management methodologies to assist service providers in meeting deadlines and agreed outcomes.
* Ability to establish and influence positive, strategic partnerships and collaborative working relationships with key senior executive stakeholders and key decision makers both internal and external to Queensland Health.
* Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities to identify, analyse and resolve technology challenges in response to business and ICT requirements.
* Proven expertise in applying solution architecture principles, practices and processes within enterprise architecture, ICT investment and governance frameworks.
While not mandatory, the following experience/qualifications will be highly regarded:
* Experience in complex information management and ICT Programs, particularly in other government agencies or councils.
* Professional and tertiary level qualifications in ICT, system engineering and solution architecture or similar.
