The Position: As an AO3 Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities. Some of your key, day to day activities will include: Process invoices and undertake independent vendor verification to uphold the Agency's accounts payable processes. Take part in ensuring the ongoing integrity of financial systems and reports, providing accurate and timely information to meet user needs. Regularly assess the quality of information within financial systems and undertake corrective action where deficiencies exist. Provide valuable advice to Support Planners and identify opportunities for enhancing the accounts payable process. Contribute to broader Corporate Services projects while fostering positive relationships within the team. Preferred Requirements: Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems to deliver client-focused financial processing services. Excellent attention to detail, numerical, and data entry skills for accurate and efficient processing of information. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
