Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the seamless execution of our business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management, accountability systems, and procedures, as well as experience in basic personal assistant roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to client service and satisfaction.
- Book in sales calls when necessary.
2. Client Accountability:
- Implement accountability systems to track client interactions, feedback, and service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and prepare reports for management to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and gather insights for service enhancements.
3. Systems and Procedures:
- Develop, document, and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that all team members are trained in these processes and adhere to company standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
4. Basic Personal Assistant Roles:
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong client management skills with a focus on relationship building and accountability.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM management software along with Canva.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
