This role will specialise in Insurance Litigation, primarily focused on Workers' Compensation cases for WorkCover. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in PIPA proceedings, product liability cases, and general insurance matters, providing a well-rounded experience in the insurance litigation field.
We are seeking Associate Lawyers with a minimum of 3 years' PAE in insurance backgrounds, particularly those experienced in handling workers' compensation matters. You may also have experience in PIPA files.
Ideal candidates should be dedicated to advancing their careers within the insurance sector and be enthusiastic about contributing to a supportive and dynamic team environment.
