About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Sales Representative to join our friendly team in Esperance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, converting prospects into sales, and driving maximum sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory. They will sell new and used agricultural machinery and equipment to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish, maintain, and control a sales system that fosters customer loyalty and referrals;
* Maintain and build on sales to ensure department profitability;
* Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers;
* Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently;
* Build strong working relationships with other departments to reduce conflict and maximize Dealership Profitability;
* Maintain lines of communication with JDL / ANDZ to provide current information for the Dealership.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Sales experience, preferably in an agricultural setting;
* Excellent communication and customer service skills;
* Intermediate knowledge of standard Microsoft desktop applications and in-house software.
