We are currently seeking a Lotus Notes Support Specialist. You will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users of Lotus Notes and Domino applications.

Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and assistance to end-users of Lotus Notes and Domino applications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Lotus Notes client, Domino servers, and various Lotus Notes applications.
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Lotus Notes and Domino environments.
* Create and manage user accounts, mailboxes, and security permissions in Lotus Notes.
* Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and implement solutions to improve Lotus Notes performance and functionality.
* Document support activities, including issue resolution and troubleshooting steps.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest versions and features of Lotus Notes and Domino applications.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in providing Lotus Notes support and troubleshooting is required.
* Strong knowledge of Lotus Notes client, Domino servers, and various Lotus Notes applications.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Experience with LotusScript and Lotus Formula Language is a plus.
* Knowledge of IBM Domino Designer and administration tools is preferred.
