We have an exciting 12-month opportunity for a Finance Manager role to join the Development Finance – Integration team. This role can be based out of our Sydney or Brisbane offices. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to integrate financial systems and processes, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient operations that support our strategic goals. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to set up and migrate financial data, maintain regulatory compliance, and enhance financial reporting using systems like SAP, Salesforce, Anaplan, and Power BI. Daily responsibilities will include: Lead data migration activities, ensuring accounting treatments and setups meet standards. Collaborate with Business Units and Technology to manage new business requirements. Leverage Anaplan Model Builder 1 capabilities to identify system modifications. Train superusers and staff on Anaplan and new integration processes. Manage and govern data quality across various systems and Business Units. Enhance system value, improve data capture, and boost reporting accuracy. Drive standardized self-service reporting for effective decision-making. Perform scenario analysis, contribute to monthly reporting, forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews. About You The ideal candidate will have experience in property development financial overview, with familiarity of the Anaplan system being preferred. Additionally, experience with data migrations, management and financial accounting/planning, and leading teams and workgroups will be highly valued. You will also have: CA/CPA accreditation (Essential) Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen (Advanced / Essential) Proficiency in Excel and managing large data sets (Advanced / Essential) Knowledge of forecasting techniques (Intermediate / Desirable) Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve systems/processes (Intermediate / Desirable) Current knowledge of accounting standards (Intermediate / Desirable) Ability to multitask and prioritize (Advanced / Essential) The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
