An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Registered Home Manager to join a reputable organisation, providing tailored therapeutic care in children's homes. This full-time role offers attractive benefits and a competitive salary range of £48,000 - £58,750 for 37.5 hours of work per week.
As a Registered Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a children's residential care home, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment that aligns with regulatory standards and best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leading and supporting a dedicated care team to deliver exceptional care and positive outcomes for young people.
* Developing individualised care plans to support the emotional, educational, and personal development of each child.
* Overseeing financial management, including expenditure and payroll.
* Maintaining relationships with external agencies, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
* Completing Ofsted applications and undergoing necessary interviews.
* Ensuring all records comply with statutory requirements.
* Manning staff rotas, training, and development to maintain high standards of care.
* Leading on Regulation reviews and ensuring compliance with inspections.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Care Manager or in a similar role.
* Ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience working as a Registered Manager.
* CYP Level 3 qualification or above.
* CYP Level 5 qualification or equivalent would be beneficial.
* Valid UK driving licence and enhanced DBS check preferred.
