Both of these positions can be flexible/hybrid.Reporting to the Director, we are seeking:Assistant Director – User Services: Melbourne location only.Assistant Director – Member Support: can be located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney.It is an exciting time to join the Tribunal with these roles offering the opportunity to influence and shape Tribunal Operations practices within the new agency.Remuneration: The annual salary range for the position is EL1 - $117,665 - $138,493 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%.About the opportunity:To be successful in these roles, you will have:Strong management experience and ability to translate organisational vision and strategy into operational goals, ensuring the delivery of key priorities consistent with agreed workflow and service delivery standards.Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster and motivate high performing teams through coaching, mentoring, training, and effective performance management and development.Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with proven experience as a highly effective communicator and negotiator.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and exercise sound judgment, including the proven capacity to solve problems, identify opportunities for improvement and to successfully implement change.Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills including the ability to initiate, nurture and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.Ability to understand and work with legislative and policy frameworks and apply them to issues, cases, and processes.Experience at reshaping teams and work practices and enjoy a challenging and dynamic working environment.Minimum Requirements:Baseline Security ClearanceTertiary qualifications in a field of study that might complement the required capabilities OR relevant experience in a similar work environment.How to apply:To be considered, all applications must be submitted online via the ART website.
