We're looking for a highly organised Operations Co-ordinator to join our Build-to-Rent team, Indi.
This is an exciting and growing industry, and we need a dynamic and driven individual to help bring two key residential projects to life.This fixed-term, nine-month contract will support the Operations Director – Build-to-Rent in continuing to build out our Indi Management platform and mobile two key residential projects which are currently under construction.
This role may require some travel to Melbourne.Key responsibilities include:Assist in coordinating the mobilisation of two large-scale residential assets, collaborating with development, marketing, and legal teams.Support the procurement of key Facilities Management contracts (waste, security, cleaning) to ensure smooth operations post-completion.Oversee the completion of Operations Manuals for newly constructed Build-to-Rent assets.Ensure compliance with ESG initiatives, including waste management, community engagement, and modern slavery reporting.Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to roll out new initiatives across Indi and enhance the customer experience.Assist in implementing new website functionality, coordinating with marketing and supplier teams.Capture and analyse competitor insights, rental trends, and market data to inform strategic recommendations.Develop and streamline policies, procedures, and reporting processes in collaboration with external property managers.About you:Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Experience in property operations, property management, or hotel management.Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Highly developed written and verbal skills.Must be proficient in document creation and presentations using MS suite.Comfortable and capable of working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.This is a fast-paced and varied role, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, collaboration, and bringing to life Built-to-Rent projects and their new communities.If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team and help shape the future of Build-to-Rent in Australia, we'd love to hear from you!Why join Investa?We're an organisation known for our culture – we're unique, friendly and transparent.
