As the Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be an integral part of the successful execution of our Enterprise QA Framework. This includes executing Quality Assurance tasks including QA reviews, analysing the data collected and preparing findings or recommendations to various stakeholder groups to meet the QA framework requirements. You will work collaboratively with the Business and Embedded Finance team, and the EQA Team to execute the QA framework. The QA will be performed over services performed by Small Business Banking internal teams as well as services performed by our external Partners.
By executing key elements of the EQA Approach, we ensure that QA is a valuable source of information and insights to the team. It can identify opportunities to improve our policies, products, and services. It also helps to build the confidence and capability of our people, so that they are supported in their goals.
You’ll make an impact by:
* Work closely with the Operations and Partnerships Team and teams across Business and Embedded Finance as well as the Enterprise Quality Assurance Team within COO to deliver on key elements of the EQA Framework. You will ensure QA reviews are completed to the required volume, time and quality standards.
* You’ll contribute to supporting stakeholder’s business and strategic initiatives to deliver insights, reporting, analysis, and your sound risk management behaviours and demonstrated risk awareness.
* You will also identify continuous improvement of our ways of working, processes, and tools.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* 5+ years’ experience in a business lending, operations, financial assistance/collections, or quality assurance role in financial services.
* Strong understanding of business financial information, business loan assessments and business structures.
* Strong understanding of Financial Assistance and Collections activities and relevant Debt Collections guidelines.
* Previous experience as a credit risk assessor with capability and experience assessing small business lending.
* Experience in management of business relationships.
* Relevant tertiary education (IT, Commerce, Business) desired.
