About the Role
As an SAP HCM Technical consultant, you'll contribute to end-to-end implementations of SAP HCM/ECP systems for clients worldwide. Focus on the Americas, Australia, UK, and European countries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse client requirements and propose solutions in collaboration with Functional consultants.
* Develop and deliver high-quality solutions following EY best practices.
* Participate in the entire life cycle of SAP HCM implementations, including design, estimation, development, documentation, testing, and ownership.
* Collaborate with experts, architects, and project managers to ensure delivery within stipulated timelines.
* Drive improvements and innovations in development processes, methodologies, and technology.
* Engage with customers during product development phases to ensure project success.
Qualifications and Competencies
* 8+ years of experience in SAP as ABAP developer with good exposure to HCM Module.
* Expertise in HR development.
* Development experience in ABAP 7.40 or higher is preferred.
* Good understanding of Payroll processing in SAP HCM and experience in Payroll application development.
* Good experience in Interface implementations using OData, IDocs, RFCs etc and Form developments.
* Expertise in various Enhancement Implementation options.
* Knowledge in Integration techniques like PTP, BIB and Exposure to Employee Central Payroll, Payroll control center and SF Employee Central will be an advantage.
* Exposure to HANA Coding like CDS, AMDP will also be an advantage.
* Ability to quickly understand customers' business requirements and generate creative ideas.
* Strong interpersonal and good written & oral communication skills.
* Team player, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
