As a Senior Territory Manager, you will play a key role in our success by selling Epicor products to prospects in a specific territory. Your primary objective will be to ensure the territory's growth targets are met by setting and executing a territory-specific strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* You will own the territory strategy and execution based on our overall business strategy and growth targets.
* You will identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
* You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* You will conduct regular sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
* You will apply knowledge of Epicor products' solutions to the customer and its differentiation with the competition.
* You will attend local trade events and speaking engagements for key target verticals.
* You will ensure completion of all sales training during onboarding and product updates.
* You will collaborate cross-functionally for opportunity discovery and nurture.
* You will update and maintain CRM database and perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of sales success in the software industry.
* An accomplished track record of selling multi-level to business, technical, and IT people.
* Experience in complex, long cycle strategic selling.
* A decisive, action-oriented attitude; ability to own open issues and drive resolution.
* Ability to quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new project.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management of the defined target markets.
