What you'll be doing
Providing leadership, administrative and clinical oversight across Adult Inpatient Mental Health ensuring services are contemporary, evidence-based and recovery-focused.
Providing clinical governance and supporting clinical quality and safety, clinical key performance indicators, the implementation and evaluation of clinical service plans and models of care, best practice and clinical areas as well as system improvements to ensure the highest quality of care and safety for consumers.

Where you will be working
The Northern NSW Local Health District extends from Tweed Heads in the north, to Tabulam and Urbenville in the west, and to Nymboida and Grafton in the south. Northern NSW Mental Health has a number of inpatient units for adults, older people, and young people located at Lismore, Byron Bay and Tweed Valley.
