Newcastle, Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter NSWQuality Assurance & Control (Construction)Full timeQuality AdvisorContract RoleCompetitive Day RateNewcastleCranfield Group is partnered with a national civil contractor who is looking for a Quality Advisor for a major roads project in the Newcastle area.This is a contract role paying a competitive day rate which will initially run until the end of 2024 with the possibility of more work to follow.Responsibilities:Oversee the Project Audit Schedule for external/client/process audits as per Q6 and management.Manage and revise the Quality Management Plan (QMP) to align with project needs.Conduct internal and external audits according to the audit schedule and QMP.Evaluate subcontractor quality systems, processes, and products.Monitor quality performance against KPIs, including rework costs, and report to Senior Management.Compile data for weekly/monthly quality performance reports.Hold meetings to address quality performance and resolve issues with the Construction Team and Client.Coordinate handover deliverables per the deed requirements.Develop and manage Inspection and Test Plans to meet client specifications and project requirements.Close corrective action reports and coordinate inspections.Experience:Demonstrated experience in a QA role.Tertiary Qualified/Audit Qualifications.Proven experience working on a roads/infrastructure project.Knowledge working on a TfNSW project.Experience in developing and implementing business systems strategies.Excellent written and verbal skills.Apply:Please click "Apply" and forward your updated resume.Alternatively, reach out to Kyle directly on .Please note that any submitted resume will not be sent to a third party without your prior approval.#J-18808-Ljbffr
