Cluster Commercial Finance are accountable for: Delivering the commercial results of the cluster (P&L and Balance Sheet) and also acting as the 'engine room' of Business Performance management, owning the Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes within the framework set by the Group. In addition, they are also required to be 'forward looking', focusing on identification of opportunities to drive improvements in top and bottom line and other key outcomes (e.g. work capital, cash, and cost reduction). Teams will use the data/analytics/tools which will be available to them (along with influencing relationship development and storytelling skills) to drive material performance improvement, in collaboration with Cluster leadership teams. The role requires a combination of excellent understanding of the financial numbers, Risk and Control frameworks, combined with solid business knowledge. Manage Cluster's tax compliance. Create strong working relationship with Cluster Departmental leads, Global Business Finance and crucially the leads in the GBS organisation. Deliver on the Cluster Finance Transformation program deliverables and potential transition to SAP. Key Accountabilities: Key accountabilities for the Cluster Finance Manager will constitute a subset of the Cluster Commercial Finance accountabilities on a more detailed level. These are outlined below: Close, Consolidate & Report Confirm Financial Reporting accurately represents the position of all cluster/markets (P&L and BS). Procure to Pay and Order to Cash process Manage, review and improve local processes and procedures. Preparation of annual statutory accounts and tax compliance Liaise with auditors and tax advisors to prepare timely and correct accounts. ICF and general company compliance Ensure Cluster's compliance to Pandora's ICF. Maintain current company records with ASIC and NZ Companies House. Pivotal and professional qualifications: 3-5 years experience from similar role(s) and responsibility in a global and international organisation. Field of experience: CA or CPA qualified. Experience in big 4. Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry. Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills. Computer skills: EPM tools - Jedox, Hyperion, Microsoft Office, Micro Strategy, SQL, SAP. Personal Competencies: High energy and willingness to drive a global agenda. Understand strategic development and business priorities. Stakeholder management, business partnering and influencing. Strong and effective communication - verbally and written.
