In this role, you will be responsible for handling high volume of enrolment enquiries, guiding families through the enrolment process, and ensuring exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Respond to phone enquiries within 24 hoursFollow up with parents after tours and assist with enrolmentsMaintain and update the waitlist and enrolment recordsBook tours for prospective families according to the scheduleEnsure all enrolment forms are submitted accuratelyInput data into the CRM systemAbout You:To succeed in this role, you must have previous call centre experience, as well as strong customer service and rapport-building skills.
Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
