About the role You are an experienced product manager & people leader, responsible for leading a complex product squad. This role is focused on driving quality product content that enhances our customers shopping experience by providing relevant and enriched product content. Estimated salary $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
Key responsibilities include:
* Create the strategy and roadmap for their product squad that delivers high-quality customer experiences and improves business metrics
* Define backlog with their Squads, partners with the crew lead to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies
* Frame product backlog in context of bigger picture and larger product roadmap
* Manage and prioritise backlog to deliver on their quarterly objectives
* Accountable for the results (customer/business outcome) of their squads
* Responsible for end-to-end execution of their initiatives, from discovery to delivery
* Able to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
* Works closely with Product Managers across Crews to manage dependencies and risk
* Communicates to stakeholders on progress of initiatives
About you and your skills A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager or similar, preferably with previous Content or Product content experience. Consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business. Experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus. Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions. Experience working in fast-paced environments and comfortable with change. Skilled in working collaboratively with engineering, design and marketing. Experience with native mobile applications and retail / ecommerce products is desirable.
