The Role
As a fast performing and nimble Assets & Personnel Coordinator, you will join a busy team tasked with coordinating assets & personnel across our various sites in Queensland.
This is a role based in Brisbane, requiring an agile ability to change directions and multi-task efficiently.
You must be adaptable and entail a high sense of urgency with an attitude of needing to achieve daily objectives to meet project demands.
Your Impact
Your addition to our team will ensure that our people and machines are assigned accurately to our projects, allowing for projects to be delivered efficiently, safely and effectively.
Every Day
* Coordinating daily logistical requirements based around project demands / capacity.
* Arranging & scheduling all transport requests in a timely manner.
* Coordinating, scheduling & rostering our personnel to projects with support from our Area Managers.
* Coordinating, scheduling & allocating our plant to projects based on their requirements.
* Coordination of wet/dry procurement needs & ensuring zero loss of production of changes to project schedules.
* Adhering to spec / site requirements around assets / equipment, ensuring no loss of time through this process.
* Taking the lead on ensuring inventory requirements across our sites are met.
