Your hard work will 'bear fruit' before your eyes - literally ABOUT THE JOB: Reporting to the General Manager New South Wales, you will establish and maintain vineyard management programs and be an integral member of the Vineyard Management Team. You will be responsible for ensuring vineyard management plans and budgets are achieved, effectively manage the vineyard operations team and ensuring optimum health, safety and productivity. ABOUT YOU: You are a team player who is collaborative and not above getting your hands dirty. You pride yourself on your ability to get the best out of people by creating a supportive and kind work environment and you embrace diversity. You are someone who is forward-thinking with a strong work ethic and great time management. You are operationally savvy and organised. You may be experienced, or you may be looking for the next step in your career. You may have relevant qualifications or experience in Agronomy, Viticulture, Business, Agriculture or Horticulture, but we are good teachers too, so we are keen to hear from anyone who may consider their skills to be transferrable to our industry. You are systems savvy, can write a report and analyse numbers, mostly, you are exceptional at building effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
