Change Manager (Demand & Replenishment) Melbourne only 6 months $900-1000 p/day inc Super 2-3 days p/week in office Preacta are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join one of key retail clients on an initial 6-month contract, focusing on delivering transformative change within it's demand and replenishment functions, in particular rolling out a key piece of technology. The ideal candidate will bring a background in retail and a proven track record of driving successful technology-based change initiatives across complex enterprise businesses. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for projects impacting demand and replenishment functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and retail operations, to understand the scope of change and its impact on business processes. Work closely with Merchandising and Supply teams to define a clear Change strategy Drive engagement with key stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes. Create and deliver targeted communication plans that effectively inform and engage all affected parties throughout the change lifecycle. Design and implement training programs to equip staff with the knowledge and skills needed to embrace new systems and ways of working. Identify and address potential risks, resistance, and challenges associated with change to ensure a successful rollout. Monitor and evaluate change management activities to measure their effectiveness and adapt strategies as needed. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably within the retail sector. Demonstrated success in managing technology-driven change projects. Strong knowledge of demand and replenishment functions within a retail context is highly desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
