Job Description
The Events & Partnerships Manager will oversee all aspects of event management, including venue logistics, AV setup, and attendee management. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional events, and experience in real estate and events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Management: Oversee conferences, seminars, and other events, managing venue logistics, AV setup, event theming, attendee management, and staying within budget and on track with timelines.
* Marketing: Design Canva templates for event invitations, social media posts, and electronic direct mail (EDM), manage event registrations, and drive sales/attendance through social media.
* Partnerships: Develop and manage the Corporate Partnership Program, liaising with sponsors and ensuring their commitments are met.
* Collaboration: Work closely with directors, stay on top of tasks using Microsoft 365, and respond quickly to emails and calls to keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements:
* Real estate and events experience
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Suite (including SharePoint) and Canva
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and posting
* Eye for detail from design to data
* Fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* High energy, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented attitude
