We are seeking a Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Mackay.
Flexibility is essential as hours may involve early mornings, afternoons, and Saturdays.

Can you work individually or in a team? Are you confident using computers and Microsoft 365? Can you work in a fast-paced environment?

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Assisting clients on the phone and in person.
2. Scheduling and managing appointments.
3. Managing payments and cash handling.
4. Managing patient files and referrals.
5. Liaising with the chiropractor.
6. Ensuring cleaning is kept to a high standard.
7. Liaising with off-site teams for training and development.
Experience is preferred but not essential. Preference is given to applicants working in a similar role.
On-the-job training provided.
