We are looking for a leader of our brand new 125-bed aged care residence opening in Romsey in April 2025!About the Role: Starting in January 2025, you will join our highly skilled team to prepare the home for its grand opening. With access to the latest technology, a skilled team, and robust head office support, you will be well-equipped to set up the home to open in April 2025.Post commissioning, you will manage the daily operations of the home. Your strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that the home meets its goals.
