In this flexible role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering breakthrough creative strategies that solve complex business and marketing challenges for our diverse range of clients.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Work alongside senior leadership to shape Imagination's future, helping to guide the agency's strategy and direction while delivering world-class projects that inspire and innovate.Client Relationships: Develop strong, influential relationships with clients across various levels, from the C-suite to mid-level managers, and educate them on world-class strategic thinking and creative solutions.Creative Strategy Development: Lead the creation of strategic plans for client projects across a variety of sectors, ensuring that strategies are inspiring, grounded in deep insights, and creatively impactful.Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Directors and Client Service teams to bring compelling, creative strategies to life and inspire teams to achieve game-changing results.Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, presenting Imagination's strategy offering to potential clients and driving the agency's growth through creative and strategic solutions.Trend Forecasting & Insights: Stay ahead of emerging trends in business, marketing, and technology, using your knowledge to inform creative strategies and communicate the value of innovative brand experiences to clients.Measurement & Impact: Ensure all strategies are backed by data, research, and clear measurement criteria to deliver effective, client-centered solutions.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseMinimum of 6 years of experience in a similar strategic role, preferably in an agency environment.Extensive experience in developing and executing live, experiential, and digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.Expertise in working with both B2B and B2C clients, especially within complex marketing landscapes.A strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends, and their impact on customer experience and brand interaction.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and present strategic ideas to clients and internal teams alike.Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams to deliver their best work.A collaborative mindset and a creative problem-solving approach.A passion for human behavior, with the ability to develop insights that fuel strategic creative work.What We OfferAt Imagination Australia, we value creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
