IT Deskside Support Analyst
Global Professional Services Firm
6 month fixed term contract - £30k-£35k per annum pro rata
5 days per week onsite
Are you an IT Support Analyst with experience of providing deskside and hardware support? Are you available immediately or have a notice period of less than 2 weeks?
In this rewarding Deskside Support Analyst position at a global professional services firm in the city, you will be responsible for providing a range of deskside and AV support to all users, across both software and hardware related issues.
Responsibilities:
* Point of escalation for hardware and deskside issues for London users
* Windows 10/11 / Office 365 support
* PC / Laptop builds and configuration
* Printers / Mobile Devices - Intune
* Audio Visual conferencing setup and support
Essential skills and experience:
* Experience of working in a professional services firm (Law, Finance, Insurance etc)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* 1+ years’ experience in a similar IT Support position
* Ability to work well under pressure with good problem solving skills
This position will initially be on a 6 month fixed term contract; however, the plan is for this to be extended or turn permanent.
