About the role
This role will contribute to developing policies, standards, and guidelines, prioritising activities, and scheduling audits on all ILS processes. Main duties will include:
4. Collaborate with Product Engineering Design Teams to ensure product reliability, availability, and maintainability are prioritised in design and support systems.
5. Contribute to Material System Reviews (MSRs), focusing on support system development and sparing analysis.
6. Analyse, troubleshoot and enhance system reliability through Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) approaches.
7. Liaise with project managers to evaluate and improve existing support systems
8. Implement strategies to increase system availability, ensuring optimal operation and reduced downtime.
9. Identify resources and manage their execution for projects focusing on Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Task Analysis (TA).
10. Propose innovative solutions to improve system reliability and reduce operational costs.
11. Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and ensure consistent system maintainability.
12. Perform risk assessments focusing on potential impacts.
13. Maintain and prepare ILS plans, technical data lists, maintenance support plans, and maintenance procedures.
About You
14. Graduate qualification in Logistics and / or Engineering.
15. Diploma of Project Management, Quality Management or related field.
16. Certified SAFe® Practitioner
17. Demonstrated work experience as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer.
18. Experience with the execution and maintenance of ILS plans and technical data lists.
19. Proficiency in conducting Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) simulations.
20. Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve problems relating to system reliability, availability, and maintainability.
21. Demonstrated understanding of Engineering Management Systems within an ILS context.
