YOUR NEW ROLE
As Branch Manager you will be responsible for leading multiple teams across the relevant offices/sites. You will lead and inspire your team to drive positive outcomes for our customers in providing exceptional services to facilitate the safe, timely and durable return to work of workers.
You will engage regularly with your team to think strategically, ensure service agreements are satisfied as well as support the team in meeting their goals and objectives towards set targets for the branch (this may be done in conjunction with the Team Leader where such roles exist at the relevant sites). You will ensure branches are achieving operational excellence, continually driving business growth through existing and new customer bases.
In particular, you will be accountable for:
Work closely with the State or Regional Manager to support key business priorities and assist with managing change Leading others in working towards company goals and objectives Coaching and mentoring team members and Team Leaders to deliver high impact results for our customers Ensure the team structure is optimal to achieve the team's objectives and support business demands Play a key role in supporting succession planning to ensure knowledge and capability continuity Maintaining a high level of consistency in quality and compliance Ensuring performance metrics are being met by the team (key performance indicators, service level agreements, etc.) Conducting regular performance reviews, goal and KPI tracking with team members Developing the team aligned to their career aspirations and in support of business needs Workforce planning to ensure the team is well resourced and work distribution is optimised Management of leave for team members to ensure branch is adequately resourced Fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is celebrated As a Branch Manager, it is expected that you will also manage a certain percentage of cases in addition to your responsibilities as a Branch Manager. The expectation is that this role will be predominantly available onsite to support the team.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US
You are well versed in leading teams through high engagement and high performance, having had a several years' experience in people leadership You are someone who can translate 'vision' into 'execution' in your area of responsibility You must hold a tertiary qualification in either Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling and appropriate registration Current driver's licence and car You will be someone who demonstrates the following attributes:
Ability to help translate Altius Group's vision and contextualise at the team level Demonstrates strong alignment to the Altius values and ways of working Accountable and responsible for leading a group of Consultants and Team Leaders with varied experience levels and capabilities and in turn sets clear expectations of accountability at team member level Strong collaborator and able to build connections with other offices to seek and offer operational support Ability to train, coach and upskill less experienced team members Effective communication in both oral and written forms Strong influencing and negotiation skills and good interpersonal effectiveness High aptitude for learning / learning agility
