About the role
As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best - help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, rmend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.

Through the unique Bendigo Bankmunity Banking model, our Alice Springs branch proudly give back to our localmunity in ways that matter to our locals.
Due to the growth in business we've been able to increasingly give back more each year, and this money goes to the things that matter to ourmunity - decided by ourmunity!
We have long term relationships with most of the sportingmunities within the area, and we're usually helping run themunity shows, events and fairs that, as an enthusiastic local, you love as dearly as we do.
On top of that, we have a big focus on supporting the important work done by local Not For Profit organisations, particularly in the environmental space.

You will bring:
1. Extensive experience in a customer service environment
2. Demonstratedpetence in achieving consistent sales results
3. An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephone
4. An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
5. Experience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
