File all invoices and coordinate refiling of invoices through approvals workflow.Provide payrun tallies after invoice processing.Enter all invoices into financial accounting software (Xero) and process for payment, pending authorisation.Manage accounts receivable; follow up on overdue payments.Organise credit/trading accounts as requested.Prepare and issue remittances as required.Primary administrator of financial (Xero) & managerial accounting software packages.Coordinate payroll weekly.Liaise with external accountants as required. Requirements for the role: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role managing accounts payable/receivables, or in a Business/Finance Manager roleExperience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, & XeroHigh attention to detailWillingness to learn and assist others in the team
