This pivotal role will focus on delivering exceptional non-academic support, helping students navigate EDU's systems and processes, both in-person on campus and online. As the first point of contact for non-academic student inquiries, you will play a key role in enhancing the student experience. This position will be based at our Brisbane campus.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Experience:Provide timely, accurate advice and support to students on administrative aspects of their studies, both in-person (front desk) and online (email/Zendesk).Serve as the single point of contact for all non-academic student inquiries.Resolve student queries through effective case management and maintain accurate records.Assist with tuition fee processing and issue student cards and official documentation.Support student communications, including scheduled and ad-hoc messages.Actively contribute to the achievement of EDU retention and revenue targets, identifying opportunities to improve processes and student experience.Campus OperationsEnsure campus facilities and equipment are maintained and conducive to a quality learning environment.Participate in the creation of campus rosters for reception and onsite events.Maintain classroom setups and ensure compliance with approved capacity.Assist with fire warden and first aid duties.Education, Experience, And SkillsMinimum of one (12 Months) year of experience in student services.A Diploma qualification or higher is preferred.Experience with student management systems and CRM tools (Zendesk preferred) is advantageous.Knowledge of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards 2021) and/or National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse student and staff groups.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.Positive, creative mindset with a commitment to improving the student experience.Why Join Us?Paid birthday leaveIndividual training budget for professional developmentReward and recognition programsBreakfast supplies on campusYear-round engagement eventsNovated leasing optionsEveryday benefits and savings via Flare appFun and diverse working environmentCBD location with easy access to public transport.Diversity & InclusionWe celebrate diversity and are committed to reflecting Australian society to better serve our students.
