We are seeking a super organised and personable Marketing Coordinator.

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives to our stores. This position requires a blend of creativity, organization, and analytical skills to help us reach our marketing goals.

* Providing support to the National Marketing & Communications Manager in developing & implementing the broader Regional & Local Area Marketing plans and strategies
* Assist in the development and implementation of national campaigns as required.
* Providing support & service to stores as required day to day.
* Most importantly you will manage the Local Area Marketing Assistant to delivery LAM campaigns, which includes;
* Liasing with stores to workshop objectives and suitable tactics
* Event Briefing
* Driving the proofing & sign off process
* Assist with building of marketing comms (EDM’s, & SMS, Paid & Organic Social)
* Maintenance of Internal Local Area Marketing Calendar
About you!
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Previous experience in a marketing role is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience within a Retail Franchisee group – ideal but not essentiall
* A quick learner with a “can do” attitude and ability to multi task
