This opportunity will play a key role in overseeing and ensuring effective governance, risk management, and compliance in third-party relationships.As an effective communicator, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to promote adherence to policies, standards, and processes, while managing interactions with external suppliers, contractors, and other third parties to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and industry standards.This position is offered as permanent, full-time and may be based at our Sydney or Melbourne offices with flexible hybrid work arrangements available.Key responsibilities:Assist in identifying gaps and opportunities to ensure compliance with governance frameworks and guidelines for managing third-party relationships including external regulatory requirements (e.g. CPS 230).Monitor and support onboarding of new third-party suppliers.Continuously monitor third-party relationships to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations and governance standards.Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms for ongoing and other third-party performance, management, risk, and compliance evaluations.Review and evaluate third-party governance structures to ensure effective oversight and control.Assist in the investigation of third-party risks or issues that may impact business continuity, security, or compliance.Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders regarding third-party performance, management, risk, and compliance evaluations.What do I need?2-3 years’ experience working as an analyst within supplier risk, procurement or similar role.An understanding of supplier management, procurement and third-party risk.Previous experience working in a large complex matrix organisation.An analytical mindset, with proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of Coupa would be highly regarded.Exceptional communication skills with a customer and continuous improvement mindset.Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, accounting, law, risk management, or supply chain operations.Bupa is an equal opportunity employer.
