About the role
The Human Resources Consultant is a dynamic role that combines leadership, a commitment to customer service excellence, collaboration, integrity, inclusion, and innovation to drive the HR team's performance. In this position, you will lead and inspire your team to provide top-tier HR advisory services to the College, working closely with managers and senior staff to offer expert guidance on HR-related matters. You will also ensure the College's compliance with employment regulations while promoting an inclusive and innovative work environment that embodies our core values.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have broad Leadership experience, a commitment to delivering professional, high quality services and support and a proven ability to understand and work within regulatory frameworks to meet organisational needs.
